Eve's Plum

EVE'S PLUM - ON THE OUTSIDE

If it's so, why haven't I heard?
If it's gone, how come I don't know?
A common thread between us all for a time
This smile, big smile, got a little one
If time's strange, how come I don't know?

And I might miss the time I'm gonna miss
And I might've lost... no

On the outside
Where there's no one to tell
I know that I'll see you in hell
On the outside
Where there's so much to know
I know that it's time I go

I fell so deep
Into the funnel
I wish I knew
How that was done

I slip inside, the colors turned
The dog don't bite, all the colors they burn
Inside the feeling, not apart for a change
Immersed within the scene created by us all
If time's strange, how come I don't know?

A blood, blood red bleeding through my head
A time murdered by time... no

On the outside
Where there's no one to tell
I know that I'll see you in hell
On the outside
Where there's so much to know
I know that it's time I go

I fell into the funnel
I fell so deep
I fell out last
With nothing to keep

I don't want fun anymore
I don't want pain, oh no no no no
Oh, I don't know, know, know, no, no
No one is to blame, yeah, yeah

On the outside
Where there's no one to tell
I know that I'll see you in hell
On the outside
Where there's so much to know
Well I know that it's time I go

No, no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no

On the outside
There's no one to tell
I know that I'll see you in hell
On the outside
The outside, I'm years from now, now, now
