  Private Parts (1997)

Giamatti gives Stern warnings.

Review: I was at my computer for a long time today and decided to spend the time watching a couple of flicks. I was in the mood for another comedy so I put on one of the coolest. I never miss Howard Stern's 5-hour weekday gabfest and this is about my 6th viewing of Private Parts. Watching this movie is like being reacquainted with an old friend. From Howard's tortuous childhood to his awkward teen and college years, seeing the various 'young' Howards cope with uncomfortable situations is hilarious. It's also fun to see the featured members of the radio crew with Fred Norris' performance as the obvious standout. Mary McCormack makes a lovely Alison Stern and Paul Giamatti makes the perfect irritating boss in Pig Vomit (aka Pig Virus). Recommended for all--especially if you hate Howard. Give this movie a chance and it will give you a new perspective on the controversial talk show host.
